DB Projects delivered the design and fitout of a new medical practice for Dr David Chan, located on Crown Street in the heart of Surry Hills. Working within a narrow 75 sqm terrace tenancy at ground level, the project required careful planning to ensure the practice operated efficientlywhileremaining comfortable for both staff and patients. The layout was designed to maximise every square metre while meeting Australian building andhealthcare compliance requirements. Through smart space planning and considered detailing, the practice accommodates a reception area, two medical consultation rooms, and a staff kitchen, delivering a functional and welcoming medical environment within a constrained footprint.
