DB Projects delivered their second design and build project for Master Specs, located in the high-traffic Wynyard precinct of Sydney CBD.

The brief focused on creating an inviting practice that would capture heavy pedestrian flow from Wynyard Station while showcasing both the retail
eyewear range and the in-house laboratory facilities.

Working within a challenging floor plan, the design combined reception and laboratory functions near the entrance to maximise visibility of servicesandcreate a strong point of engagement for passing traffic. A large existing structural column was integrated into the layout, forming part of the pre-testarea,consultation rooms, reception/lab, and dispensing desk.

The completed fitout delivers a highly visible, efficient optometry practice that maximises both street presence and internal functionality withinaconstrained urban tenancy.
