DB Projects delivered the design and construction of the first optometry practice for Lighthouse Optometrists in Ramsgate Beach, NSW. Working within a compact 56 sqm tenancy, the project focused on maximising functional clinical and retail spaces while maintaining an open andwelcoming front-of-house environment.

Lower ceiling heights at the rear of the tenancy required careful space planning to ensure efficient layouts without compromising comfort or visual
openness.

DB Projects designed, manufactured, and installed all custom retail displays and joinery, delivering a practical, efficient first practice fitout that supportsboth clinical performance and day-to-day operations.
