Dr David Chan’s new medical practice location came with floor plan challenges. A practice that needed to be functional at many levels to run the small medical practice smoothly and comfortably for staff and patients. The centre was located on Surry Hills icon Crown st at ground-level in a small terrace. DB Projects overcame the challenges of the narrow layout with smart design throughout the space. It was crucial every m2 was used efficiently and complied with the Australian Building Standards. The space operated with a reception, 2 medical rooms, and staff kitchen.
